RCS was founded by Dr. Paul Bhella, MD, FAHA, FACC, FASE after he identified a need for timely online interpretations of echocardiograms, EKGs, cardiac CTs, nuclear stress tests and cardiac MRIs. Dr. Bhella has earned board certifications in Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, Cardiovascular CT and Internal Medicine. He practices Cardiology with a large healthcare network in North Texas and teaches at the TCU School of Medicine.
